Dr Chelsea was absolutely amazing. The consultation was easy, efficient and she was very helpful and friendly and I felt completely at ease. Getting the prescription was just as easy as she sorted everything, and provided every possible detail needed, even down to the cost of the medication and whether the pharmacy took card payments. I couldn’t recommend this service enough, truly saved my holiday.

Dr Chelsea offered me a prompt appointment and was very thorough with her consult. She even went to the trouble to find me a local pharmacy near my villa for my medication and she even called ahead to organise the medication so that it was ready and I had no issue with the eprescription. Highly recommend if you are travelling in Bali / Indonesia.

Really good! I got a UTI right before my flight home to Australia and Dr Chelsea was very attentive to my symptoms and prompt in prescribing me antibiotics. She also called up the nearest pharmacies to check they had the correct antibiotic in stock, and was responsive in my follow-up questions over WhatsApp. I would highly recommend her!

Dr Chelsea was very kind and listened to my problems and we discussed thoroughly which treatment is right. She also went above and beyond as she helped me navigate the medication with the pharmacy.
